It’s that time where we begin to feel cozy and yet overwhelmed by our schedules. We have enjoyed our family vacations because we took that much needed rest and relaxation time! Now we are back to the daily work grind and mom hustle. School has begun and our schedule begins to fill up. It’s hard to stay on track both at home and personally because of all the demands. Don’t over-commit! That’s the key to sanity. We need to find balances that allow not only time for the practices, the games, and homework, but also for you.

If you need another visual reminder I recommend starting with those Calendars! Get organized by scheduling in time just for YOU! It’s okay to go to that football game, to connect with others, to cook those comfort foods, and to decorate all around your home. That’s actually PERFECT... but now add you to that checklist! Go back and print that checklist!!! Check- off all those areas!
